Chairman : Mr. Li Zhushi
Resume : Mr. Li was born in June 1944, Bachelor degree, senior engineer
(professional level), graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1967,
and joined Tianjin Xingang Shipyard in 1968. His prior work experience
include being technician, deputy section chief, deputy factory director
and factory director of Tianjin Xingang Shipyard, deputy general manager
and general manager of China Shipbuilding Trading Company Limited, general
manager of China United Shipbuilding Company Hong Kong Limited, and vice
president of CSSC. At present, Mr. Li is the Chief Engineer of China State
Shipbuilding Corporation.

Vice Chairman : Mr. Yu Baoshan
Resume : Mr. Yu Baoshan, male, was born in July 1960, MBA, senior engineer
(professional level), joined Guangzhou Shipyard in 1978, and graduated from
Guangdong Zhanjiang Aquatic College in 1982. He experienced as director
in the Second Design Office of Guangzhou Shipyard, and deputy manager in
Shipbuilding Division and the vice president of GSI. He was assigned as
president of the Company in 2000, elected as director of the fourth term
of the Board of the Company in 2002, and was elected as vice chairman of
the fourth term of the Board of the Company on 16th April 2004. |

President : Mr. Han Guangde
Resume : Mr. Han Guangde, male, was born in May 1962, senior engineer
(professional level), presently vice president of the Company, graduated
from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1983and joined Guangzhou
Shipyard in the same year, and obtained a degree of master of engineering
administration in 2002. He has experienced as technician, chief technician,
section chief, deputy director of the second design dept. of Guangzhou
Shipyard, deputy manager of administrative dept. of Shipbuilding Division
of the Company, deputy manager, executive deputy manager, manager of Shipbuilding
Division of the Company. He was elected as president of the Company on
16th April 2004.
