On April 8, the president of CSSC Tan Zuojun made a research on the implementation of the party building with his research group to the Company. Some party branch secretaries at the grass-roots level and staff representatives participated in the research. During the research, all general Party branch secretaries, Party branch secretaries and staff representatives discussed the organization construction, system construction, human resource construction, corporate culture construction, and the participation in enterprise management, and stated their views and suggestions on the deficiencies of the current party building work. The research group appreciated the aforesaid views and suggestions. They said that this research helped them to understand the situation of the grass-roots party building work effectively and to gain firsthand information to improve the work of party building continuously.
