After joint examination and approval by Guangdong Science and Technology Department, Guangdong Financial Department, Guangdong State Taxation Bureau and Guangdong Local Taxation Bureau, and putting on record with the Office of Leading Group for Recognizing Hi-tech Enterprises of State, the Company and it¡¯s subsidiary Guangzhou Hongfan Information Technique Company Limited (¡°Hongfan Information¡±) were formally recognized as high-tech enterprises with certification numbers No. GR200844001065 and No. GR200844000422 respectively. In accordance with relevance State taxation policies on high-tech enterprises, the enterprise income taxation rate of the Company and Hongfan Information will be 15% for the three years from 2008 to 2010, which was 25% previously.
